This will be the start of my stories. I’ve followed a low glycemic index diet for 2 years - and it’s honestly one of the easiest and most rewarding plans I’ve ever tried.
It’s not hype. It’s not a hoax or a diet pill. What a joke those are - an excuse for the ill informed and marketing machines to hype up nothing.
This is a lifestyle diet - it works. I’m living proof.
